Sippers Go Dating

As Carrie Bradshaw describes it, our Sippers were recently enticed by the siren song of a singles event. For the first edition of the Sippa Club dating venture, we partnered with Nouveau Wine. It is their mission to fill your glass with something new, while it was ours to fill it with SOMEONE new. 

Our Sippers left any remaining awkwardness at the door and truly immersed themselves in the Sippa dating experience. We were blown away by the energy, and soon enough, our 16 Sippers were making eyes at each other over glasses of wine sponsored by Nouveau Wine. Nouveau Wine produces natural, low-intervention, vegan-friendly wines that spice up any event. Featured in Esquire and British GQ, the wines are listed among the best natural wines to try in 2023 – and we agree! 

As someone who is partial to a little wordplay myself, I have to say the one thing that set these wines apart from others were the names. They truly fell in line with Sippa’s motto of discovering new wines ‘without all the stuffy sh*t’.  We found the names were memorable and that people were asking for more glasses of specific wines by name. 

The names were fun and catered perfectly to a dating event. Each bottle inspired prompt questions for our Sippers, but we quickly found that there was no need for intervention as we were politely waved away by couples deep in conversation.
