Notes: A vibrant rosato made from 100% early-harvest Sangiovese. Deep pink in color with aromas of wild strawberries. Bright acidity balances juicy fruit flavors, leading to a long, refreshing finish. Half of the grapes undergo direct press, while the other half macerate on the skins for 4 hours. Aged for 5 months in stainless steel tanks.

Alcohol: 12.5%

Fermentation: Spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts, initiated with a 'pied de cuvè' from estate grapes.
